How To Create A Valentine's Party Popcorn Buffet For Kids



This simple popcorn bar will both brighten any Valentine's Day classroom party and provide kids with a fun and creative way to create their own decorative and delicious treat.
                                                         
 What you'llneed:halsschmerzen 

  Popcorn in an assortment of Valentines Colors (Kernel Colorado Gourmet Popcorn has a great assortment of popcorn flavors)
 o Cherry Cordial Popcorn
 o Strawberry Cheesecake Popcorn
 o Cocoa Berry Popcorn
 o Cotton Candy Popcorn
 o Caribbean Cherry Popcorn
 o Surfing' Strawberry Popcorn
 o White Cheddar Popcorn
  Seven medium to large apothecary jars or decorative canisters
  Two metal candy scoops
  Decorative Valentine's Day table cloth
  Card stock and decorative Valentines craft paper
  Popcorn labels
  Decorative ribbon
  Clear plastic Chinese takeout boxes or similar treat boxes
  Valentines stickers
  Scissors

 Instructions:

 1. Cover your table with the decorative table cloth and arrange your apothecary jars on the table in a pleasing arrangement. Stagger your containers to create balance for the popcorn buffet.
                                                                               
 2. Fill each of the containers with one flavor of gourmet popcorn. Place the metal candy scoops on the table for the kids to use to scoop their own flavors of popcorn.

 3. Create decorative labels with your card stock and craft paper to label each of the flavor containers of popcorn then affix the labels to the containers with ribbon.

 4. Arrange the Chinese takeout boxes, or treat boxes, and stickers along the front edge of the table so they are easy to reach for the kids.

 5. Finally, allow the munchkins to fill and decorate their own Valentines Treat Boxes with the gourmet popcorn and Valentines stickers!
